		<description>Noted.  I actually did some more calculations and changed my post a bit.  In addition most of the information that I have posted here in these calculations are not mine but come from energy consortiums who are tasked with working up these numbers and presenting them for policy considerations.</description>

That capacity exists if taken overnight when other use is way down.</description>
